1.       Why don’t you provide home delivery?

-          Considering the value of the products that we sell, we would like to go with the logistics provider that has a good infrastructure and is reliable.

The products that we sell here fall under ‘high value and risky’ category in the logistics provider’s categorization, and hence are charged at a premium cost for transport. Eventually you are the one who is going to pay for it. At the moment we are not in a position to negotiate in any way with them without any data, in terms of number of orders they will get per week etc.

If there are enough requirements for home delivery, in the future, we might provide that as an option.

2.       Why don’t you provide a direct online payment gateway?

-          Payment gateway service providers charge a service fee of around 3-5% on the transaction amount. So even if we provide this option, you will be charged for it.

If you use internet banking, you can do the same transaction at no extra cost. The only extra effort you will need to take is perform this transfer procedure separately.

3.       How will it help me to buy online if I don’t get home delivery?

-          You can use this website to buy gold on ‘muhurat days’ like Gurupushyamrit, Padava etc.; without having to wait in the queue and rush at the store. You can take the delivery later at your convenience.

If you want to make regular investments in gold but can’t visit the store every time, this is a convenient option for you.
